Preorder Purchases: All business lunch purchases made through our online platform are considered preorder transactions. This means that when you make a payment on Monday during lunchtime, you are reserving a lunch for the following Monday, and the same principle applies to all orders. As such, we do not offer refunds for preorder purchases, as the lunches are specially prepared based on your advance order.

Advance Order Requirement: To ensure the freshest ingredients and timely preparation, we require all purchases to be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lunchtime.

Delivery and Delivery Confirmation: If your lunch order has been delivered to the address provided during checkout, regardless of whether you are present at the time of delivery, it will be considered successfully delivered. Our delivery personnel will take photographs as confirmation of delivery.

Customer Availability: We cannot be held responsible if you are not present at the specified delivery address during the delivery time, or if you do not answer your phone. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are available to receive your order during the indicated delivery window.

Food Safety and Allergies: When you place an order, you acknowledge that you have read the ingredients listed for each business lunch option. Our cafe cannot be held responsible for any food allergies that are not mentioned on the product description page. Furthermore, if you experience food poisoning or any other health issue unrelated to our meals, we cannot be held liable.

No Refunds for Food Items: Due to the nature of food products, we do not offer refunds for purchased meals. If there is an issue with the quality or preparation of your lunch, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery, and we will address your concerns promptly.
